Aman is confronted by Ganesh, who inquires if he is Raghav Singh Rajput’s son. Aman remains silent, but Ganesh demands an answer. Reluctantly, Aman admits that he is Raghav Singh Rajput’s son. Ganesh confirms Sapna’s suspicions after hearing this. Ganesh hits Aman and accuses him of betrayal when he tries to explain to him. Anjali intervenes, pleading with Ganesh to stop. Ganesh is advised not to hit Aman and is reminded by Sapna that he is their son-in-law. Anjali silently thinks to herself that she cannot reveal the truth about her and Aman not being married.
Ganesh receives a call from Nandini, who requests him to send Anjali to their home. She admits that they may have overreacted and explains that she was unaware that Anjali was Aman’s love interest. Anjali will be personally welcomed into Nandini’s home and the Gruhpravesh ritual will be carried out. Nandini agrees to speak with Sapna about the matter after Ganesh suggests it. Sapna takes the call from Nandini, who reiterates her desire to bring Anjali to their home as their daughter-in-law. Sapna agrees but sets a condition: Nandini and Raghav must come to their home and perform the bridal farewell ritual themselves. Sapna puts an end to the call after stating her terms. Nandini, frustrated, vents to Bhajan about Sapna’s demand to visit the slum to invite Anjali. Bhajan calms her down, reminding her that once Anjali is in their house, they won’t let her leave for court. They can then hand Anjali over to Chandraban, who will eliminate her, and this will ensure Yuvraj’s release. Anjali receives a call from Abhay. Citing her recent behavior, he expresses doubts regarding her marriage to Aman. Abhay warns her that he’ll be keeping a close watch on her and invites her to their home as a daughter-in-law. Anjali, recalling past events, becomes emotional and removes her jewelry. Aman silently vows to himself to ensure she never sheds another tear.
When Anjali sees Aman in her room, she questions why he’s there. Aman replies that he’s come to sleep on the bed. Anjali reminds him they’re not really married and warns him not to take advantage of the situation. Aman teases her, saying he’ll sleep on the bed regardless. When Anjali objects, he playfully accuses her of being afraid she’ll fall for him. Anjali chases him around the room out of frustration. Just then, Sapna enters and tells Aman he cannot share a room with Anjali before the first-night ritual. She instructs him to sleep in Ganesh’s room instead. Aman agrees and leaves.
Kavya Singh Rajput, Aman’s wife, calls Anjali and introduces herself as Kavya. Kavya is reminded by Anjali that she and Aman are not legally married. Kavya insists that she sees herself as Aman’s rightful wife and warns Anjali that Chandrabhan will abduct her within 72 hours. She is boldly challenged to try by Anjali. Overhearing the conversation, Chandrabhan assures Kavya that he will bring Aman to her within 72 hours and deal with Anjali as well. Rati informs Chandrabhan that Raghav and Nandini are planning to visit the slum to invite Anjali as their daughter-in-law.
When Raghav hears of the plan, he lashes out at Nandini for suggesting it. However, Bhajan explains the advantages of bringing Anjali into their home, eventually convincing Raghav. Despite his agreement, Raghav doubts Chandrabhan will approve. Bhajan and Vaibhav assure him they will handle Chandrabhan.
