Aditi comes up to Teju and inquires about her thoughts on Mohit while she is lost in them. Teju admits it, and Aditi offers her tea, leading to a conversation about Mohit. However, Lakshmi intervenes, knocking the tea glass away and demanding that Teju wash the clothes first. Lakshmi makes fun of Teju for asking about a washing machine and insists that she wash them by hand. Deepali invites everyone to breakfast and asks Teju to join, but Lakshmi imposes a condition—Teju can only eat after completing all the house chores. Lakshmi laments that she has devoted her life to the family but received only betrayal in return, declaring she will no longer do any work.
Mukta defends Teju when she admits that she lacks household skills but has been concentrating on her studies, reminding Lakshmi that Teju has an upcoming exam. Teju, on the other hand, is denied continued education by Lakshmi, who attributes Aditi’s lack of academic success to her and Mukta. Aditi counters that she struggled academically and asks Lakshmi to stop blaming them. As tensions rise, Sonali intervenes, stating that Teju must learn household responsibilities.
Meanwhile, Neil declines Leena’s request to eat with the family, citing work. She insists, making him sit at the dining table, but he remains distant, upsetting her. Leena expresses her concern to Vinod later, in the kitchen, who suggests giving Neil some time. However, Leena insists on arranging Neil’s marriage with Juhi quickly and asks Vinod to call Satish. Deepali and Prajakta tease Juhi about Neil, while Vinod contacts Satish and finalizes a wedding meeting for Sunday.
