In a recent interview, Gulki confirmed that she was indeed approached for Rohit Shetty’s popular stunt-based reality show but expressed her concerns over the uncertainty surrounding the upcoming season.
Gulki Joshi Confirms Being Approached for Khatron Ke Khiladi 15
Gulki Joshi, best known for her role as a fearless inspector in Maddam Sir, opened up in a conversation with ETimes TV. She revealed that she was contacted by the makers of KKK15, but only to gauge her interest.
Gulki said,
“Yes, I was very keen, and I was only approached once for it, just to ask me whether I was interested or not. After that, no other conversation happened.”
She admitted feeling confused, as there was no follow-up after the initial approach, and she kept hearing conflicting news reports about the show.
Why Gulki Joshi Stayed Silent About the Rumors
When asked why she didn’t address the rumors earlier, Gulki explained that she herself was unsure of the situation. She revealed that after hearing about the potential cancellation of the season, she realized that might be the reason the team hadn’t contacted her again.
The actress shared,
“Maybe that is the reason they haven’t gotten back to me, due to these issues. I really hope it doesn’t get scrapped, and I’m really looking forward to doing it. I have been eagerly waiting for it; that is why I didn’t confirm or react to it earlier.”
Gulki’s statement reflects the disappointment of many fans who were excited to see her take on adventurous stunts in the new season.
