The Episode starts with Arshi falling down the staircase and crying out in pain. Dadi rushes to her and is shocked to see her condition. She helps Arshi up and settles her on the sofa, then asks why she came downstairs. Arshi replies that she wanted to get coffee and hopes her baby is safe. Dadi reassures her that nothing will happen to the baby. Arshi expresses her pain and fear, while Dadi reminds her to be more careful. However, Arshi shifts the blame to Anirudh and Jhanak, insisting she wouldn’t have come downstairs if they had been there.
Dadi tells Arshi she should have called her instead. Arshi fumes that Anirudh is busy enjoying himself with Jhanak at the wedding. Dadi counters that Arshi shouldn’t have allowed them to attend. Arshi laments that even Shrishti is siding with Jhanak and feels everyone has ruined her life. Dadi decides they should go to the hospital and calls Anirudh.
Meanwhile, Anindo notices Jhimli looking upset and asks her why. She confesses that she misses her mother. Anindo tells her there’s no point in thinking about it, as her family will only blame him. He insists her family won’t accept her and then reveals he bought her some jewelry. Jhimli questions why he didn’t take her to the shop, and he replies that he wanted it to be a surprise. She points out that he has been getting angry a lot lately. She also complains that his parents are unwilling to host a reception for them. Anindo tells her to ignore that and focus on the jewelry instead. However, Jhimli doubts his claim of being wealthy, as his house doesn’t reflect it.
Meanwhile, Anirudh and Jhanak are dancing with Choton and Mrinalini when Dadi calls him. He doesn’t answer, and Dadi informs Arshi that he is ignoring her call. Arshi angrily claims that Anirudh is deliberately avoiding them and will return only after enjoying the wedding. Dadi scolds her for thinking that way and calls Choton, who then hands the phone to Anirudh. Upon learning about Arshi’s condition, Anirudh looks concerned. Jhanak asks what happened and reminds him that he should have let her stay at home. Dadi scolds Anirudh for not returning sooner.
Back at Anindo’s house, he explains to Jhimli that he had to buy this house because his old one was under repair. Jhimli recalls his father calling it a rented house, but Anindo dismisses the claim, saying he never informed his father about the purchase. She suggests showing the jewelry to his mother, but he insists that he bought them just for her because he loves her. He claims his business is thriving, and she offers to help him with it. However, when he shows her the jewelry, she suspects they are fake.
Anindo assures her that they only look bright because they are new. She then asks for some money, which makes him defensive. When she questions his anger, he distracts her by showing some sarees. However, she doubts their quality, asking if he got them from the footpath. He reminds her that she used to live in a Basti, to which she retorts that she never wore poor-quality clothes. Frustrated, he leaves, claiming he has work to do. As he walks away, a bill falls from his pocket. Jhimli picks it up and realizes that the jewelry is indeed fake.
Anirudh informs his family about Arshi’s condition. Bipasha scolds him for attending the wedding while leaving Arshi alone. Amid the tension, Jhanak urges everyone to stop arguing and focus on reaching Arshi.
