The Episode starts with Sayali questioning Roshni about her father’s whereabouts. Renuka demands an answer, accusing Roshni of trying to deceive them. A nervous Roshni suddenly feels nauseous and rushes inside, with Tejas following her. Concerned, he asks what’s wrong, but Roshni says she doesn’t know. They both step outside, where Sachin asks Paresh what’s going on with Roshni. Paresh, puzzled, asks Roshni directly, and she explains that she’s feeling low and wants to rest. But before she can leave, Renuka insists on knowing her symptoms. Moments later, Renuka’s excitement catches everyone off guard. When Paresh questions her about it, she confidently declares that Roshni is pregnant. Both Roshni and Tejas are left stunned. Roshni quickly denies it, but Renuka refuses to listen.
Paresh advises Renuka to get a medical confirmation, reminding her of a past incident when they were in the village. He then instructs Tejas to take Roshni to the hospital. Tejas hesitates, standing frozen, leading to questions from everyone. Sayali whispers to Sachin that Tejas seems happy, which might explain his odd reaction. Meanwhile, Renuka lovingly feeds Roshni before sending her off to the hospital with Tejas, offering prayers in gratitude. She also takes a moment to taunt Sayali before leaving, which upsets Sayali enough for her to walk away. Sachin complains to Paresh, but Paresh advises him to ignore Renuka’s antics.
On the way to the hospital, Roshni runs into Shikha, who gets excited upon hearing the pregnancy news. Roshni, however, insists they need to confirm it with the doctor. Shikha congratulates Tejas, but he pulls Roshni aside, expressing doubts about whether they’re ready to take on such a responsibility—especially since he doesn’t even have a job. Roshni gets upset, accusing him of being afraid to take responsibility for their child. Frustrated, she demands that he attend a company interview instead, assuring him that she’ll go to the hospital with Shikha. Though hesitant, Tejas leaves for the interview. Shikha, still puzzled, questions Roshni about Tejas’s reaction. That’s when Roshni reveals the truth—she isn’t pregnant. She only staged the act to diffuse Renuka’s anger. Shikha is left in shock, asking if Roshni plans to continue the charade. But Roshni dismisses the idea, saying she’ll be caught if she keeps it up. Instead, she decides to shift Renuka’s focus onto Riya.
Back at the Deshmukh house, Paresh warns Renuka against getting too excited before receiving confirmation from the hospital. But Renuka remains adamant that she’s right, prompting Paresh to tease her. He also realizes that Renuka sees this as some kind of competition, which irritates him. As Renuka prays, Sakuntala arrives with a bag full of mangoes. Renuka excitedly shares her “grandmother-to-be” news with her. She then asks Sayali to take the mangoes inside, but Sayali slips—only to be caught by Sachin. Their close moment makes the family members visibly uncomfortable. Renuka, as expected, complains to Paresh, who once again defends Sachin and Sayali.
Later, Roshni returns home and finally drops the truth bomb—she is not pregnant. Renuka is deeply disappointed, while Paresh scolds her for jumping to conclusions. Meanwhile, Sakuntala remarks that Riya won’t return to the Deshmukh house after Sachin’s declaration that there are already three daughters-in-law in the family. This fuels Renuka’s determination to kick Sachin and Sayali out, blaming them for Riya’s decision.
